I think it's time that all us Raza unite as in times I see as our Mexican culture changing.
As I see the youth or should I say the youngsters all about the money and disrespecting the old.
I don't know about you or where you grew up in or should I say what Varrio.
But I remember as a kid and as a teen at the parke/ school playing handball because that was a sport of our own.
It was a challenge between all the hommies to see who was the best. Don't forget the home girls, they would be at the site also controlling the boom box music which preferable were oldies and old school. There was no trouble due to respect. After we would go to one of our hommies or if not to one of our family members house for a BBQ where the older generation would remember and tell us about their experiences in life. Where they where blasting their jams happy. Once in a while you would get a misunderstanding with a youngster but it would get dealt with wright on the spot to let us youngster at the time know that their were not taking no drama.
I remember being proud and when walking to the store it didn't matter what raza you ran into you would drop a line like q-vo etc..
Now everybody thinks that there to good to say hi.
I could go on and on till the break of dawn..
My purpose is to get the nuestro raza into functions like:
BBq events, Car Shows, Bowling, Crusing, Hand Ball Tournaments, Drive inz, Park Events.
This is for the singles and familias to get acquainted with no drama and bullshit stories and one to get over you.
Now that the summer is almost here...
For the singles it's hard to meet people with out going to a nite club.
As you get older it's even harder.
So why not kick back and get acquainted and do numerous things besides going to the mall.
